Take Time For Yourself
A Day Celebrating Women's Health SOCA (Southern Ohio Chamber Alliance) and Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield invite you and a friend to be our special guests for a day devoted to your health and entertainment on Tuesday, October 1st, 2002.
Most women tend to take care of everyone else but themselves. That's why this day is just for you! Join us for a morning or afternoon celebrating women's health and a complimentary lunch with internationally known guest speaker Barbara Glanz. Her address, “Care Packages For the Workplace: Dozens of Little Things You Can Do to Regenerate Health and Wellness Where You Work,” will help you set a plan of action for healthy living in your workplace. We know you live a life filled with work, family and all the other pressures women face, so we're giving you the chance to relax, have a good time and hear from an expert on health in the workplace. It all takes place at the Sharonville Convention Center, Sharonville.
Sign up for morning or afternoon screenings including blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes. Relax with a chair massage, and pick up information on breast health and other health concerns. It's all free, compliments of Anthem and promotional support provided by SOCA and the Sharonville Chamber of Commerce. We've divided the day into two sessions to accommodate as many people as possible. But space is limited to the first 250 women who sign up. So register today and remember to select the screening time that best fits your schedule.
Please R.S.V.P. by Sept. 20th to Pat Madyda, 554-1722, Fax 956-5522 or info@sharonvillechamber.com
